We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, please review our returns policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Due to the nature of vintage jewellery, items must be handled with care and returned in the same condition as received.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service, such as Royal Mail, to ensure the item reaches us safely.

  • Please package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at hello@antiquebuyingcollective.com to initiate your return.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once authorised, pack the item carefully and send it to the return address provided using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not as described:

  • We will cover return shipping costs and offer either a replacement (where possible) or a full refund.
